Dye Version Bamboo Fingering

This yarn is from Dye Version in Mississauga, Ontario. Dye Version was started several years ago by Jane Edmondson. Fans in southern Ontario see her at the spring Knitter's Frolic in Toronto and the autumn Knitter's Fair in Kitchener.

When she's not in the film studio designing costumes for television and film productions, she's in her dye studio with her sister Anne, painting the next batch of yarn and fabric quilting kits.

Dye Version Hand Painted Bamboo is a popular favourite at knitting shows; it always sells out.

Fingering weight, Royal colour, has shades of blue and purple. The shimmering quality of bamboo gives knitted fabric a silky and luxurious drape.

Comfortable to wear because the knit fabric breathes and adapts to your body temperature. Bamboo fibre a renewable resource because it grows quickly and does not require pesticides or herbicides.

Beautiful yarn for a one hank lace scarf.
